There are people who can find beauty in every small detail and make everyday life feel special. Natia Ujmajuridze is one of them. She is a blogger who shares content about style, a healthy lifestyle, and cooking as a form of therapy. In an interview with N13, Natia talks about her personal philosophy, where minimalism, individual style, and inner harmony come together naturally.

Natia, how would you describe your personal style in three words? And what creates an individual style?
My style is minimalist, comfortable, and personal. I think character and clothing cannot exist without each other. Style is a way to express who you are through what you wear. For me, the “golden rule” is individuality. I don’t like when everyone looks the same. Clothes carry energy and say a lot about a person.
From your Instagram, it’s clear you prefer minimalism and comfort. How do you make simple outfits look strong?
The secret is exactly in simplicity. I don’t like too many details. Comfort is my priority. When you feel confident in what you wear, the look becomes strong on its own.

Is there someone whose style inspires you?
My biggest inspiration is my mother. Her taste, cleanliness, and natural elegance have always stayed with me, and they often influence my choices.
How closely do you follow trends? Is there something we will definitely see in your wardrobe this year?
I follow trends, but I always make my own decisions. I wear what I like. This year, you will definitely see vintage Levi’s jeans from the ’90s in my wardrobe. I think they never lose relevance. For colors, I prefer white, grey, soft pink, and light blue shirts in the spring-summer season.

Which silhouettes feel most comfortable for you? And how open are you to experimenting with shapes, like asymmetry?
In everyday life, I choose oversized and sporty styles. If I have a business meeting, I always keep a black blazer in my car. Asymmetry is interesting if it fits naturally into the look. For me, everything works if the person feels comfortable in it.
Can you share your favorite spring combination and accessories?
My favorite is a white shirt, straight jeans, and low-heel shoes. It’s an elegant base that you can easily style with sunglasses, a bag, or simple jewelry. This season, minimal and delicate jewelry is especially актуალურ. Sunglasses are an essential part of my style, and I always choose them carefully.

Do you have a favorite designer whose style is closest to yours?
I don’t have one clear favorite. I like diversity more. I don’t focus much on brands. I often choose Georgian designers, and when I travel, I always try to discover local talents.
Your content shows that cooking is a kind of therapy for you. Where did this start, and how important is aesthetics in this process?
It started in childhood. I watched my mother decorate cakes calmly, with music in the background. She looked the most beautiful in the kitchen. Now, it’s a place where I can clear my mind. Visual aesthetics is very important for me. Even when I cook a simple dish, I imagine the final image first, and then bring it to life with the camera.

What does your ideal morning look like? And what role does a healthy lifestyle play in your daily routine?
My morning starts with a beautiful breakfast that I prepare with my child. It’s our small ritual. Then I take him to school, and my day continues with patients at the dental clinic. A healthy lifestyle helps me keep inner balance and harmony. After the gym, I always feel full of positive energy.
Besides what your followers see, is there anything else you enjoy that people may not know about?
I love activities where I can fully lose myself-music, reading, good films, or walking. But what I love most is cooking something delicious at home and taking it to my parents for them to taste. Their opinion means the most to me.
